Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst who will use analytical and teamwork skills to evaluate and support our business and growth goals. This skilled individual will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing/sales/product development plans to help the marketing & sales team exceed revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

    • Responsible for product offerings and pricing strategy analysis, strategic market analysis, and competitive intelligence analysis, and report to management

 

  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential product markets

 

 

  • Define market requirements, product specifications and cost targets, and provide recommendations to management

 

  • Develop content for technical briefs, white papers, and competitive positioning documentation, demos, and market requirements

Bottom-line is that you will grow revenue in-line with current forecasts by aggressively adding new customers who offer year-on-year growth potential. You are responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping manage ongoing client relationships.

This skilled individual will work with cross-functional and cross-organization teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate should be equal parts leader, project manager and creative thinker.
A successful implementation product lead is a natural leader and facilitator; is driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; manages through relationships and influence; and displays grace under fire.
The job demands working under aggressive timelines to support broad and diverse project profiles with limited pre-disclosure. Non-standard business hours and some travel will be required.

  1. Support valued customers on ZENDESK to troubleshoot problems and discuss feature suggestions
  2. Collaborate with product managers to define, execute and monitor our SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitment to our customers.
  3. Direct customer questions to our internal knowledge base
  4. Collaborate with QA/QC team to verify issues found from Zendesk and schedule them for development
